  • How are my vitamins tailored to me?

    Using our in-depth nutritional knowledge, alongside our algorithms and your choice of goals, once you have completed your wellness profile our system pulls out which formula is best fitted to you and your needs.

  • Am I tied into a contract if I just want one month?

    No, not at all. The subscription service is in place for your ease to save you repurchasing every month - but if you would just like one month simply cancel any day for free before your next agreed payment date!

  • What if I want to keep my vitamins but change my goals?

    All you have to do is redo your questionnaire and simply update your product and we'll do the rest of the work for you. Your new goals will be implemented into the vitamins and your new formula will be updated according to your most recent wellness profile.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Easy as pie. Simply login to your account and click on the 'Subscriptions' tab on the left hand side and click cancel! There will be two separate subscriptions if you are also receiving blood tests. If you want to cancel both, just cancel both of them. 

  • How do I change my payment or delivery details?

    Once you have logged into your account click on the tab 'Billing Information' - here you have the option to change all the contact, payment or delivery details you need to update.

  • Is my data safe?

    Keeping our customers' data safe is of utmost importance to us here at Alyve. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to any third party outside of our organisation in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery, or if required to do so by law. We store your data on our secure servers and customers can request a data update, a copy of their information, and that their account or data is deleted permanently, in line with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation.

  • What does the blood kit test do?

    The blood test kit you receive has everything you need to successfully carry out your test at home. As it is only a finger prick test you can do it whenever you are ready and use the prepaid label to post the same day.

  • How do I do my blood test at home?

    It's as easy as pie. Simply run your hand under a warm tap to get the blue flowing and use one of the lancets to prick your non dominant hand on either your ring or pinky finger in the top corner. Simply 'milk' the blood into the tube until you reach the fill line. If you don't fill it all the way, repeat the process on a new finger.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We aim to post all deliveries same day if ordered before 1pm. Anything later will be shipped th next day. We use Royal Mail 48 so you should receive it in 2-3 working days.

  • How long does it take to get my blood test results back?

    48 hours from postage! Remember to collect and post your sample only Monday - Thursday to ensure it reaches the lab latest Friday otherwise it will become a void sample. 

  • Are you vitamins vegan and vegetarian friendly?

    Yes indeedy. They are certified by the vegan society, using only the finest vegan ingredients so everyone can enjoy Alyve.

  • When/how should I take my vitamins?

    Just 2 capsules a day keeps the... yeah, just 2 capsules in the morning when you are having something to eat.

  • Are your vitamins allergen free?

    Completely. Nothing in there that can cause any allergic reaction. That's what you get when you use quality suppliers.

  • When do I take my blood sample?

    We recommend taking it first thing in the morning as you must be fasted for 8 hours. This usually times pretty well if you haven't eaten since the night before and saves you having to not eat for 8 hours during the day. You're right, it's not as fun as it sounds. 

    Remember to do it on a Monday - Thursday to ensure it arrives at our lab the next day, as they are only open weekdays.
